Immediate Care For Your New Ceramics:

Please inspect and wash your pieces before you use them.

Prolonging The Life Of Your Dinnerware:

Hand-washing is highly recommended.

Microwaving any handmade ceramics is not recommended as we don’t know how it affects the pieces.

These ceramic pieces are not cookware, so please no cooking or baking in them.

Please note, every batch of work may differ in clays and glazes with finishes, sheens,

gloss, and may have little bits of organic textures and crackles.

The true matte glazes (eg. blue, speckles, yellow) may stain from highly pigmented food like beets.

If you have any specific questions, please feel free to email me, but as per usual, when in doubt, don’t buy it :)

SHIPPING & HANDLING

When will my ceramics ship?

Orders will be processed within 7 business days. Larger orders may take longer.
Packages will be shipped via USPS, and may take up to 10 business days.

Is there Local Pick Up/Delivery?

I do not have a local pick up option at this time.

I may be able to deliver some local orders, within the city of Portland, OR. Please email me with your order/invoice
number to see if this is available for you, and we can figure out the details via email.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

My item has arrived damaged or broken!

Please send me a picture of your broken item (with the damaged packaging would be ideal) within 3 days
of when your package arrived. I can send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you ship internationally?
